@Gap Your representatives through the chat are still not assisting. They’re trying to send me to a 3rd party company @ApprissRetail who are totally unhelpful as well.
@Gap why is your claims department denying a claim for missing items in my package?? I have received several packages with items missing in the past few months, and your claims department is now denying my claims! As an Icon member, I’m really disgusted!
@OptimumHelp@optimum this is the second time in less than a month without service for almost a week. I work from home and have no internet! This is totally unacceptable. Apparently it’s a problem outside, but the outside crews have not come, despite being messaged by the tech
@bluemercury I placed an order several times for a Dyson Airwrap with my 20 off coupon. It was declined for “fraud” over and over. Customer service was of no help and on Sept 25th, told me someone would reach out to get it resolved. Still waiting.
I still have not heard back from anyone. I cannot believe how awful the customer service is. It was not always like this. I have been a customer for at least 25 years!
@Bloomingdales I have not been able to resolve an issue with customer service after at least 10 phone calls. This is a huge waste of my time. An item was returned and received in early Feb, and my daughter has yet to get the credit for it. I’m been a cardholder for years.
@Bloomingdales you told me last week to DM you regarding a credit that was never posted to my account, despite phone calls every week for month. I DM’d you the next day and every day since, and still no response. Can someone please please get back to me ASAP?

@VerizonSupport I have been trying to deal with a few trade in’s that were handled incorrectly. I was promised 800 dollars and given 136-no explanation-and 0 for my iPad which was a promo for 200.
I have spoken to so many reps that I lost count & can’t reach the trade in dept.
@ReadyRefresh@ReadyRefresh I still have not gotten a reply after tweeting and sending DM’s. The “customer service” line just says they can’t take any calls due to high call volume.. my delivery came today when it was supposed to come tomorrow and there’s no one to talk to at Ready refresh!
@ReadyRefresh I tweeted you both yesterday and today about a problem with a delivery that I did not want, and had no way of getting through so of course it was delivered anyway. You didn’t respond to either of my tweets. I’m ready to cancel for good.
