New Q: Is it standard for a Letter of Agreement from a TE be given to the Session at the TE's request to resign, where it asks each member of the Session to sign off on upholding the agreed terms?

• Does the Session need to seek consent from the congregation for the annual budget?
• For Pastoral resignation, does the session need to get consent from the congregation of the amount the session approved to gift the TE with (BCO 9-2: real and personal in mind)?
