talked abt how our language favors men in my comm class. theres a scarcity of vocabulary that serves women which constantly mutes the group. so not until we ~change the dictionary~, we will always cater to a man-made language world
Working in HR, I notice how everytime we'd call an applicant for a job offer, they would often display a somehow confused or emotionless response upon acceptance...and like same though, how do you even scream professionally 🤣
