I got comment from the campaign where you worked. Also reached out to Palantir, which didn’t respond. Your rationale for why you work for Palantir is not the newsworthy part. If you’d like to share why you work there, and what your favorite parts of their business are, please do share, but there’s no real news value in that.
The news is that Haley Stevens comms strategy was being set by somebody who was secretly working for Palantir, a company complicit in the very thing Stevens is running in opposition to.
Why you decided to do that is perhaps interesting to some but again, not newsworthy, so once I had comment from the campaign, that was enough.
But go ahead, fine: Why did you secretly work for Palantir while also working for Haley Stevens?
Way more Dems than Golden want to continue this war. But they know it's politically toxic to vote for this war.
So Dem leadership gets Golden to be the one vote to make sure this fails. He's not running for re-election, so he has nothing to lose. That's how this works.
