Will never travel with @easyJetholidays again, after cancelling a trip because of surgery, told what was needed which changed.. now being told we’re not eligible for refund because apparently it was not a serious illness nor a terminal illness, why not tell us this at the start?

Absolutely shocking service from @easyJet. Husband needed emergency surgery so we had to cancel our holiday. Followed their instructions, got the required consultant’s letter, now they’re saying the policy has changed and want something else, email proof & cut off 3 times too 🤬
