@DavidWi85904448 @dogwooddays_nic I also have Sweet Chestnuts trees that are over 15 years old that I've always kept in pots and they have never produced their own Chestnuts.
@DavidWi85904448 @dogwooddays_nic I'm definitely not an expert, but it may be because it's still in a relatively small pot. I grew a couple of Sweet Chestnut trees over 25 years ago and they took 7 years before they produced their own Chestnuts. They were in pots for about 2 years before planting in the ground.
Still some #Autumn colour left in yesterday's sunshine in Victoria Park, #Ashford, #Kent. It was made even more lovely when people stopped for a chat.

@CherylYang1986 Thanks for your kind words! I'm not an expert, I just like tinkering in photoshop. This was done by applying Poster Edges, Cutout and blur filters on a sepia top image that is then blended with the colour photo. I stumbled on this method when trying to create mono illustrations.
@LindaAHardy Thank you so much for saying so! I'm already lucky enough to have the arty one of Great Chart Church that I tweeted in February being printed this Xmas by a Kent Church Charity for their staff, volunteers and fund raisers. It might spoil their fun if I posted it again here.
@tenterdenfolk Hi, thanks for asking, they are now, I've just added them to my old Flickr photostream that I haven't uploaded to for 12 years. Hopefully, this will link to it: https://t.co/KNWJUO2OjK
