Radiant is preparing for a full power test at INL and we are the only company doing that. We don’t stop at going critical, because a zero-power critical reactor is not a reactor that is able to produce electricity. We are de-risking and testing for a commercial reactor that is ready to work. That’s why we are focused on full power. That’s our difference.

"The Department of Energy granted approval last week for Radiant Industries’ Kaleidos nuclear microreactor, which would be the world’s first mass-produced microreactor, making it possible to build and bring nuclear facilities online much more quickly..." https://t.co/fSwlCw3aaH
Celebrating 10 years 🚁🛩️
We’re on a mission to make flying every aircraft safe and simple, and that’s why we’ve created SkyOS™, the world’s first operating system for flight.
We’re the only company to have developed aircraft-agnostic technology to make that future a reality, and 10 years in, we’ve secured partnerships across every major aviation sector – including the U.S. military, emergency medical service operators, law enforcement, private operators, including the largest firefighting agency in the world as well as international markets.
By replacing conventional, complex mechanical flight controls in both helicopters and airplanes to support safe operations in all situations, including emergencies, SkyOS creates a synergistic partnership between human skill and intelligent automation, setting a new standard for safe aviation operations.
SkyOS’ impact reaches far beyond the cockpit, creating ripple effects that enhance public safety, strengthen national resilience, and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable, equitable future of air mobility.
We’re excited to share that @LockheedMartin has joined us on our mission to mass-produce portable nuclear reactors. This strategic investment further oversubscribes Radiant’s current financing round and adds decades of defense expertise to our team of investors and partners.
Lockheed Martin's investment, combined with the almost half a billion dollars we raised last year, reflects our relentless focus on the mission and deepening confidence from both financial and strategic partners in our commercialization strategy.
Today's news comes one week after our PDSA was approved by @ENERGY, six weeks since we became the first nuclear startup to generate electric power, seven weeks since we announced our Series D, two months since our first pressure vessel arrived at our headquarters in El Segundo, and a little over three months since we announced we'll build our first factory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
All this comes ahead of startup of our first reactor this summer at @NRICnuclear's DOME facility at @INL.
When one of our early investments is validated to the tune of nine figures I always think of @wolfejosh saying, "We want people to agree with us, just... later."
And this is just the beginning for @skyryse!
@IanRountree@wolfejosh@skyryse Took me 8years, and now I agree with you. Massive respect.
AND this might be the least exciting thing announced this year 🤫
We just raised $300M in Series C!
Helicopters and small planes are vastly less safe than large commercial aircraft. @Skyryse is bringing the safety of commercial aviation and the simplicity of driving an EV to the world of general aviation and military aviation.
Several months ago, I joined the advisory board of Skyryse because I was super impressed by the management team and the scale of its mission.
We set out to raise $150M Series C. Today, we announced the closing of an oversubscribed and upsized round of over $300M at $1.15B valuation, with a cap table that I'm very proud of. I can't wait to see Skyryse's 21st-century tech transform the aviation industry.

Anthropic just took a big swipe at OpenAI's decision to put ads in ChatGPT. Anthropic is airing ads mocking ChatGPT ads during the Super Bowl, and they're hilarious 😅 Anthropic is also committing to no ads in Claude https://t.co/LR1v4xz9ds
