@PrimeSaddat@DanielLutaaya Is the use of annointing oil part of the Tooro tradition? This is the reason why this particular group has won, by sticking to tradition/culture, while the opposers keep oscillating from Christianity to an unenforcable will, emotions, etc.
@Kayondo_Ivan22@AtuhairweH Did he die by accident, Murder? The expectation of death was surely made clear. Being diagnosed with cancer is not the same as Malaria. A lot of counselling is done, genetic and other causal analysis are passed through with the patient and their family.
@SirChakaWilliam@KahuAraali@AtuhairweH@PayiraBonnie@uginm102 There is nothing called a "DNA Sample". A sample for DNA testing is any body deemed fit for that purpose. In this case, the court determines how/when that sample is to be gotten and not whatever extract was taken previously for other laboratory tests in any hospital.
@nyaka_rwot@Basajjasilaji@TonyNatif Doesn't the lack of an active constitution then negate the legitimacy of his Will over the kingdom? Nevertheless, he could make a Will for his family and personal estate and the Kingdom matters go back to the Babiito and people of Tooro.
@wmosest@KakwenzaRukira His will according to their constitution was supposed to be witnessed by the Omujwera Omusuuga but it wasn't. It seems the said will was concocted after the death of the Omukama.
@Opolot_James256@wolukawojp@IsaacSsemakadde@ug_lawsociety@LawStudentsUg Religious surenderd argument! Why bother with traffic officers, why bother with ambulances, why bother with hospitals why bother with enforcement? Why bother with systems at all if those meant to die will actually die? How do you determine those meant to die or you just surrender
@Jally_Karungi@IsaacSsemakadde@ug_lawsociety@LawStudentsUg The government is to blame for weak enforcement of safety rules (DMC Vehicles, speed limit, narrow roads, undivided roads easily lead to head on collisions, etc). If enforcement against high speed was deterrent, human error could be minimized greatly.
