🚨NEW VIDEO 🚨

President Biden’s judicial nominees are unfit and unqualified to serve.

Americans deserve the best legal minds upholding the rule of law and defending the Constitution on the federal bench – and they are not getting that with President Biden’s judicial nominees.

There is no way to pack the Supreme Court “fairly.” We must restore respect for the judicial independence of the Supreme Court.

Moderator: “Are you in favor of expanding the U.S. Supreme Court? Yes or no.”

Democrat candidate for U.S. Senate Abdul El-Sayed: “Yes, but fairly.”

It is impossible to “fairly” pack the Supreme Court. The modern Left wants to overhaul the institution.

[JCN @judicialnetwork]

It should concern every American that packing the Supreme Court is a mainstream view in the Democratic party.

[Carrie Severino @JCNSeverino]

The Democrats’ playbook is clear:

Step 1: Take back the House and Senate in the midterms

Step 2: Pack the Supreme Court

The future of the Supreme Court is at stake this November.

ICYMI: Court Slaps Down NYC’s Latest Attempt to Punish Energy Companies for Climate Change

“It only takes one bad court ruling from an extreme jurisdiction to enact radical policies on every American. National energy policy should be set by Congress and not dictated by Blue state courts in Hawaii, Colorado, and New York. Hawaii’s courts, for example, have proven they will go to any lengths necessary to force their political agenda on the rest of the country, including climate policy and gun rights. The Supreme Court has the opportunity to send a message to lower courts in the Suncor v. Boulder case.” -JCN President @JCNSeverino

Colorado continues to undermine religious freedom. This time, it is by excluding Catholic families from their universal preschool program. ⬇️

“They first had an exemption for congregations...Colorado has changed that and a number of other provisions in ways that suggest they’re just trying to play a game of whack-a-mole, like ‘how can we keep this religious group out of our program?’”

Virginia State Senator Louise Lucas abused her position of power for her own personal gain and is now charged with racketeering and money laundering.

She is a disgrace to public service.

Colorado’s “universal” preschool program cannot claim to serve all if they discriminate against religious families.

The Supreme Court has the opportunity to defend religious freedom in St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy.

Sheldon Whitehouse says Joe Biden “chickened out” of packing the Supreme Court.

Court packing was considered a fringe idea; now, it is a recurrent call from the modern Left.

Democrats have made it clear that they don’t just want to undermine the originalist majority; they want to destroy the institution of the Court.

For far too long, the American Bar Association has had a monopoly on law school accreditation, which has allowed their bias to grow and go unchecked.

The ABA is nothing but a left-wing activist group.

Colorado is clearly violating the Constitution by discriminating against Catholic schools that wish to participate in their “universal” preschool program.

[BECKET @becketfund]

“Universal” preschool should mean all families can choose the school that’s right for their children. But Colorado has denied Catholic families access to preschool funding because of their schools’ religious beliefs.

Now, parents and Catholic schools are asking the Supreme Court to step in. On November 3, the Court will hear St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy and decide whether Colorado can exclude religious schools from its supposedly universal preschool program.
