@AliceStevo I struggled. I really needed routine so I knew I would see an adult in the day. So I had a schedule of free things e.g. Rhyme time at the library, Garden Centres with free or v cheap soft plays. I walked everywhere with buggy as he got stimulation and I had headspace.
