Hi @digitalocean! Our K8S cluster is down and when I want to create a new ticket I am immediately redirected to error page. Cannot sign in to Help Center, cannot create ticket and whole environment is not working. Please help 😢

Wanted to report an issue to @TwitterSupport where the field says "Please include as many details as possible about what's happening" but when I wanted to submit the issue I've got error "DescriptionText must be at most 280 characters". This is probably too limiting.

It seems that removing the JSON column from list of columns in select fixed the problem.

If you have JSON column in your MySQL then do not use order. There is some issue and after some time you will get error "Out of memory, consider increasing server sort buffer size".
