We just learned that the date order in the transaction text…is in fact ambiguous. It's not always the same, and the leading theory is that it depends on the currency used in the transaction. Because of course it does.

@twostraws I don’t think your last example on your Swift 5.7 regex page does what you intended. It prints:
Name: Taylor
Age: 2
It does this because the two digits of the age are captured in two different capture groups.
$0 == <whole string>
$1 == Taylor
$2 == 2
$3 == 6

@Hay The reason it is so hard to match ascent and descent for a net of zero is the accuracy limitations of GPS paired with the sampling frequency, which is usually about 1 second.
My favorite was a kayak workout on a lake had about 50m of elevation gain.
