Shame on me? C’mon man! Don’t get offended at the drop of a hat over me agreeing with your statement not weaponizing it. Maybe you disagree with his tactics but he is one of the few who has gotten any traction on getting justice. Not if he does it on the floor of Congress. The speech and debate clause grants lawmakers absolute immunity for actions, speeches, or debates made during official legislative duties.

Congress is currently in a recess period, so that’s why he wouldn’t/couldn’t do it now…thus the need for deep sea fishing and margaritas!!!

It would make it easier for corporations to get zoning variances, so massive AI data centers could be built in close proximity to residential areas.
