@easyJet keeps playing with us. They sent us an e-mail 11 days ago stating that our bag had arrived at Gatwick. It was a lie. No bags were there, nor sent to our place. All our emails ignored. Our phone messages as well. I started a claim at @AirlineDispute.
@easyJet@SITAonline I would love to understand from @easyJet@SITAonline and #worldtracer were can I find updates or to understand what I should do to either get my bag or a refund. 13 days, no answer to e-mails, 📞 messages, docs uploaded at your website, claims systems. Nothing.

My luggage is still missing. Yes, I've created the claims, I've sent e-mails and left messages to the number you provided and tried to get information from the online chat as you recommended (where the agent stated that he didn’t work with missing luggage 🙄).

@easyJet Could you please answer my messages and please avoid sharing the links to the @easyJet site I already used, to the claims that I already opened, with the phones I've already called or e-mails that I have contacted. I need assistance. This is so disrespectful.
@easyJet@easyJet I traveled with my little one using your services. Not only we faced a 2-hour delay (what left us until midnight at the airport, no food, no assistance) but also our bags disappeared. It's been 4 days, I've opened claims, sent e-mail and 📞messages, with no answers.
