I had took Super 811 platinum debit card and I was informed that I will got cash back up to 500 per month by your executive . Now after transaction at D Mart via Card I got only 100 cashback . I ask him about this and his reply was that benifit is now changed . I have to transact card for every 2000 Rs . Why I was not inform before purchasing card ? He delbaterly misguiding people . If your rule changed ,kotak must have to inform me.
