@barristerlawusa @Architectolder Nope. I wanted to buy one with a 1st floor bedroom but all of them were above our budget at the time. I grew up in Houston where most were on the 1st but here it is not the norm.

@barristerlawusa @Architectolder Do you have a website you recommend? I'd love to revision online to see if I can think about going to see. In my, hopefully, final home, I want what I like not trends. If our master was on the first floor, I'd consider staying here.

@barristerlawusa @Architectolder How do you do these? We are going to relocate for retirement but the white, gray blah turns me off of many of the homes. I have wood cabinets and accents in my current house and I love them. My walls are a warmer white but they work with the wood without making a room sad.
