Hi @OfficialFV this is my table that has smashed all over my house…. I rang the cheltenham store last Wednesday who escalated it for me…. We received an e-mail on Saturday asking to take a picture with a coin next to the damage?! I haven’t got a coin big enough sorry!!

@OfficialFV On Wednesday the glass on my table blew up… my house was like a bomb site and incredibly dangerous for my 3 children… someone was supposed to contact me on Thursday and still waiting for that phone call now…

Still haven’t spoke to anyone at the insurance company…. Other than the e-mail I had letting me know they know nothing about my claim… and that was 2 weeks ago! @asda
