I really wanted to love @RenttheRunway but I don’t have patience for them using the worst carrier @returnmates and having the most insincere and unhelpful customer service. I’ve been a member less than a month and lost count of the customer papercuts already. #RTR #renttherunway

The problems continue. @returnmates picked up my return Friday (6 hours after they said the driver would arrive) and somehow @RenttheRunway didn’t get the memo and my return is “overdue” on my account. This service is a joke.

@AlaskaAir Huge shout out to Capt. Burk on flight 126 who saved the day today for lots of hungry passengers. He bought as many airport sandwiches as he could find when there was a catering issue so we didn’t go hungry. Thank you!!! #aboveandbeyond

#heyswansons what should I plant in this giant (2 ft by 5 ft) planter box? It gets full sun, and will sometimes go a long weekend without being watered in the summer. I’m thinking of filling it with lavender but I’d love some variety and longer bloom time/more color!

When @AlaskaAir cancels a 10 pm flight and can’t figure out how to print hotel vouchers. It’s 1 am, going on 2 hours waiting at the hotel with the rest of plane’s passengers. We all have rooms but no keys till Alaska gets its act together. #chaos #alaskaairfail

Would be nice if @KauaiBeachHotel stepped up and helped figure this out. At this point they have my credit card on file but still won’t issue a room key until they hear from @AlaskaAir
