@MartinSLewis Mr Lewis. You REALLY need emphasise that a DD is a contribution to what’s owed for KW used. A problem compounded by 1/4 estimates & prepay not set at the right rate - Like buying petrol (eg:pay £100 every 1st to a forecourt then see how far your miles get you before running out)

If I had applied yesterdays wholesale derv cost (ie: after duty cut) it would have INCREASED our pole sign price.
