@Colenet_GmbH sounds so reasonable :) I said something similar, about transparency and forecasts. I also explained backgrounds of complexity but it wasn‘t what they were looking for

„How do you deal with your team if they miss the deadline of working packages that you as #scrum Master are responsible for? How do you get the dev team to not miss deadlines?“

@aigner_martin which is totally ok by the way, I‘m glad it turned out that way. I just wish they had saved me some time invests by stating in the job description that they look for a project manager

@IamHenrikM We also have a 5 month old dog and he also hates when he cannot be with us 😄 It makes life difficult but I also find it quite nice, so much love 🙂
