I have lost count how many connectors I have purchased to attempt to connect my hose to the kitchen tap. Could someone contact me to point me in the right direction to connect a mixer tap that is arched???

@KitchenAid_UK Quality control was clearly skipped when I asked for my mixer to be engraved. Customer services response? Send it back and reorder, which will take another two weeks, not at all happy
