@coopuk I have just been into local coop & the scanner for members card was not working.I have therefore not received the member prices on my purchases nor reduction from "my offers".I did not have my manual card with me.The lady on checkout was no
help .Poor customer service.
@nectar I had 117 points pending on 14/2/2025 following my sainsburys shop .These normally download overnight.Ive not had the points and they've disappeared from my activity on the app?can you explain.I got the accrued bonus points as normal.many thanks
@HelpAtGeorge There is very limited stock both online and in the stores of deep fitted sheets other than grey..huddersfield and leeds owlcoates as examples..just curious why .thanks
@Georgeatasda there seems to be a shortage of bedding in Asda at the moment,particularly bed sheets and pillow cases...is there a reason ?maybe rebranding ?many thanks
@sainsburys Hi Mark thank you....the app has not recorded the extra points on the activity tab(usually updates straight away ) or updated the Christmas challenge log ... is this a known problem ??
