@HyundaiCanada It’s now been over 2 weeks and despite numerous calls and emailing the address you have provided— still no response. I called to make sure you had received my email and you had— person on the phone couldn’t explain why no one had written back. What’s the process now to escalate?
@HyundaiCanada I emailed the address you provided (and then deleted) but still haven’t had a response. I’ve waited for 4 business days— was told it would be 48 hours. Is anyone going to respond?
hey @HyundaiCanada having a truly terrible experience with one of your customer service reps at the warranty office. He won't escalate my concerns and blocks me from receiving the support I need. Can you help?
