FYI: Supreme Court of Florida has set abortion ballot initiative oral arguments for February 7th.

ICYMI: No State Supreme Court decision today on FL’s 15 week abortion ban. This decision is expected to come out on a Thursday at around 11:00am & our state’s 6 week abortion ban will go into effect 30 days later.

Florida Republicans have just filed a bill to provide civil liabilities to fetuses. It would even allow for people who help someone get an abortion be sued. Because a 6 week abortion ban isn’t extreme enough.

The BOG is attempting to remove sociology as a general education course in FL universities.

This is 100% a political decision as it was not recommended by the committee evaluating Gen Ed courses.
