@TonyUphoff@PavelASamsonov Effective questions lead to effective experiments which lead to effective features. Avoid taking what executive stakeholders say at face value — listen to what they're really trying to solve based on the answers to your questions. Design for that instead.
@TonyUphoff@PavelASamsonov It's a messy but coordinated process full of discovery and experimentation with actual users. However, the "trick" to effective design is not the quality of the final design; instead, it's making sure that you're solving the right problem by asking the right/difficult questions.
