@easyJet How do I get a refund? Our flight Bristol to Lisbon on 30 April has been cancelled, and even if not cancelled we obviously can't travel. I don't want a voucher or to change our flights to another date. Thanks.

@Line_of_duty A clue that suggests Hastings is H ..... when typing the message to the OCG, Hastings spelt “definitely” as “definately”. Same incorrect spelling as an earlier message that appeared on the screen from H much earlier in the show. Anyone else notice that?
