@HEB I went in to the location in Plano to get a pie for Thanksgiving. I bought the caramel apple pie. It looked dark, but I thought it was the caramel. It wasn’t. The pie was terrible. The crust was clearly burnt and inedible. We threw away 3/4 of the pie. Unexpected at HEB.

@Spotify This doesn’t seem like a hard thing to fix. If I have over 600 songs on a playlist & I listen to it for an hour or two, I should not hear a song repeated. Right? Me & everyone I know just wants to hear every song. Please.

@FrostBankCenter I just attended my first event. I arrived an hour & a half before the concert, stood in line, outside, until 20 minutes after the show was supposed to start. No signs, no personnel. A mess. Is it always like this?
