@ChrisMoyles Like you @ChrisMoyles I'm a massive original Shed Seven fan who were in the wilderness far too long until you re-launched their career on @RadioX . Another forgotten favourite of mine is Hurricane#1. Would love to see Step Into My World and/or Faces In A Dream on your Playlist

Sadly, my amazing wife Juliet passed away on 24 August. Words cannot begin to describe my grief, however, I am so lucky to have met my soul mate and was able to spend 20 supremely happy years with the most kind, witty and positive human being, with a razor sharp mind.

The Government’s decision not to procure #Evusheld has been received as a kick in the teeth by immunosuppressed people.
They’re owed an explanation at the very least.

Patients 🏥 should not 1️⃣ have to beg 4 drug access, 2️⃣ be @ back of global queue 🚶🏽♂️👩🦼, 3️⃣ beg for explanations “why they can’t get same treatment as France or 32 countries with #evusheld. NHS care is cutting edge. This issue clearly needs decision, movement and action!
Life stinks sometimes. i’m nearly 52 and spending close on my seventh week in a hospital and losing my mobility fast. feels like my body is finally failing me slowly. Where did the good times go. If this is the slow road to the end please hurry along.
Yesterday I talked to ITV about our family situation during covid and what it’s like to be #stillshielding. These interviews are intimidating but I feel like I should do everything I can to tell our story and continue pushing for #Evusheld in the UK. https://t.co/8FOQLnk4cz
TRUSSONOMICS: a thread
In her interview on @BBCr4today, Liz Truss made 3 economic propositions
1) Her tax cuts will decrease inflation
2) Tax cuts boost growth and prevent recession
3) Tax cuts increase government revenues
It would be great if these were true

.@maggie_erewash tells me @DHSCgovuk will "be updating the House shortly" on #Evusheld.
With only 2 more days until recess, it looks like immunocompromised people will have to wait until the autumn to find out whether they can have access to this potentially life-changing drug.
