Amazon's new Health AI reads your medical records, checks your meds against your labs, and books your appointment. Included with @OneMedical ($99/yr for Prime).
The tasks that used to require a 15-minute office visit are migrating to an app. Health systems should be watching this closely. In my experience, they aren't.

Amy Gleason has another LLM story about her daughter finding a subtly different diagnosis and new trial opportunity—2nd example heard today of patients using their health data to power themselves and improve their own care @theviveevent#ViVE26
Cardiologist wins 3rd place at Anthropic's hackathon. Out of 13,000 applications. Built in 7 days by Michał Nedoszytko MD. Coded day and night - in the hospital, in the cloud, while flying from Brussels to San Francisco.
A few years ago, it would have been impossible for a doctor to build this alone in just a couple of days. AI changed that.
The project is called https://t.co/wAliajqjVF. It is an AI agentic care platform for patients. Including reverse AI scribe it is a companion that guides the patient from the moment they leave the doctor's office.
Powered by the massive context window of Opus 4.6, it allows patients to explore their full medical history, connected devices, Evidence Based resources and external data sources — all in one place.
Today, the barrier to entry has vanished; even a practicing physician can build an application from scratch.

@JoshCMandel Haven’t studied this in detail, but when you say cryptographically bound that seems a bit general. Intending to spur conversation? Other details or examples? Or Jira tickets? 😀

Sam Altman just dropped some new ChatGPT numbers at the NYT Dealbook Summit:
— 300M weekly active users
— 1B messages sent daily
— 1.3M US developers building on the platform
But the bigger story was Sama's AGI timeline: He thinks we could the first glimpses by 2025.
His prediction is that the initial impact will be subtle, but long-term changes (and the transition to superintelligence) will be "more intense than people think."
More nuggets from the interview:
— On relationship with Microsoft: Admitted to "some tension", but aligned on priorities
— On Elon: Calls the legal situation with OpenAI "tremendously sad", and that Musk was a "mega hero" of his growing up.
— Altman also doesn't think Elon would use his new political power to harm competitors, saying it would be "profoundly un-American."
As always, Altman interviews never fail to provide an insightful view into the future.
