There is no database of people learning to code that companies view to see who they should call next.

If you aren't creating conversations and networking with people, it's harder for them to know who you are.

What does a successful version of "what you want" actually look like to you? Write down the qualities.

Now where is the gap between you and that version? Start filling in those gaps.
