@GISH Our whole team tried to stack M&Ms all weeks, but no one could could get past 3. On the last day, we decided to try something less frustrating and more cathartic instead!

In 2003 I saw this legendary gentleman perform live in London. He appeared on stage in silhouette and held aloft his mighty Hofner. The crowd went WILD! It was beautiful. Challenged by @GISH to make shadow art of a musician, I wanted to recreate that moment😍

Holli was a longtime champion of food equity and a member of the #GISH and @randomactsorg communities, and so in her memory fellow gishers are giving to food banks and wearing crowns of holly. #RandomActs4Holli

Poor mental health can affect so many. Physical activity is a great coping mechanism, but it's hard to find the energy when you're feeling low, so finding an outlet through Art can be a great start. This is my therapy, I hope you find yours x

My latest short documentary for the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2021. Big shout out to my incredibly arty friends and family for their help in putting this together in a difficult time ♥️

@GISH My Grandma would have told me something like "Dinnae be daft, there's nae cure for the Mondays. Buckle up, strap on your ovaries and batter on through it, like every ither bad day."
There's nobody more to the point than a wee Scottish Granny!

Poppy was given a Value Ambassador Award at school!
"Poppy may be small in stature but she thinks big. She works very hard and always gives her best. She has shown me time and time again that she wants to succeed in everything she does. She is a pleasure to teach."
So proud ☺

Recently, I had the pleasure of being part of a 50/50 gender balanced Outside Broadcast. First time in a 20 year career!

[QTV @QTV_Sports]

We #choosetochallenge under-representation of women in outside broadcasting. "QTV celebrates first gender-equal outside broadcast"https://t.co/n6tENx6NEX
