Spent last weekend visiting Huntsville, Alabama. Primarily visited Huntsville for space and rockets. Primarily visited Alabama so I could check off another visited US state. I have now visited 26 of the 50 US states!

A note on this herb:
🇹🇭/🇯🇵: pakchii
🇯🇵: coriander
🇺🇲: cilantro
ผักชี is the Thai term and it's used interchangeablely with coriander in Japanese grocery stores. The store clerk was confused when I asked for コリアンダー, but was fine with パクチー. 🤷‍♂️
