And raising the Junior Doctors pay by £4 an hour is unaffordable, even though they just raised MP's pay by £5 an hour.

@British_Airways your customer service is shocking. Been waiting 8 weeks for an expenses refund due to flight diversion. Only automated emails and no help from exec club. @easyJet managed to reimburse expenses and compensation with 10 days! Do I have to raise a CCJ?

@British_Airways @easyJet so British airways have taken over 8 weeks to tell me that they are busy and dealing with with my claim. Easy Jet have taken 3 days with payment being made within 7 days!!
