@MarkJHandley Benford's law https://t.co/Aw9155x3GR is expected to apply to data sets such as the COVID-19 accumulated case and death statistics, and indeed it does. Comparisons of a) Case numbers b) Deaths with the theoretic curve (dashed) are here for Europe. 1/3
Cher Fabrice, Your website states 72 hours and links to UK government regulations which are demonstrably NOT 72 hours. A 11.59 shuttle can use a test taken up to 96 hours previously. Test must be taken in preceding 3 days. @SimonCalder@BBCWatchdog#Eurotunnel
Details: Travelling Calais-Folkestone Monday 26th , check-in 4.30pm. Tested previous Friday 10.30am.
Why does your website still peddle the 72 hour rule?
Finally allowed to take my chances with UK border control.
May I kindly ask for a Customer Service Response @LeShuttle?

UK travel regulation is crystal clear.
You must take the test in the 3 days before the service on which you will arrive in England departs.

@LeShuttle@SimonCalder@BBCWatchdog Subjected to stressful run-around by @LeShuttle in Calais.
Staff incorrectly believe that Covid test must be less than 72 hours old. Check-in agent prevented me from boarding, demanding a new test. Sent to supervisor in another building

@MarkJHandley We found some examples of ``interesting'' data from individual countries, which deviate substantially from the expected.
Short report is at

@MarkJHandley Countries in last post were France (blue), Germany (red), Spain (green), UK (cyan), Switzerland (Orange) and Italy (black). When the entire data set over all countries is analysed, the agreement is spectacular: a) Cases b) Deaths. x is 1st digit, y frequency 2/3
