@TheSleepCo_ Ordered two products from The Sleep Company — a Foot Massager and a Massage Chair. Unfortunately, the post-sales service, including delivery, installation and issue resolution, has been extremely disappointing.
Both the service engineers and the sales staff at the RT Nagar store in Bangalore have shown a complete lack of ownership. A simple mistake in recording the PIN code has taken days to correct, causing unnecessary inconvenience at every stage:
Delay in delivery
Delay in installation
Delay in resolving a damaged product that was delivered
What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability and coordination, leaving the customer to keep following up for issues that should have been handled internally.
I’m beginning to wonder — did I make a mistake choosing The Sleep Company, or is the company itself sleeping?
Posting here seeking support from Bosch Home Appliances India regarding an unresolved customer service issue.
My Bosch refrigerator (E-No: KGN56LB411/21), under extended warranty, was declared irreparable due to an internal non-repairable defect. Bosch approved a 70% refund after depreciation and assured pickup of the faulty refrigerator.
However, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances since 30-Apr-2026, neither has the refrigerator been picked up nor has the approved refund been processed.
Based on Bosch’s assurance, I have already purchased a new refrigerator and we are now facing severe space constraints accommodating two refrigerators at home.
Requesting Bosch Home Appliances India to kindly expedite: • Pickup of the faulty refrigerator • Processing of the approved refund
References: • Service Order No. 786 dated 28-Apr-2026 • Escalation Ticket#07274956
Hoping for a prompt resolution and better customer experience.

Open Appeal Regarding Proposed Closure of Nagwara Main Road
Respected Hon’ble Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar, and Hon’ble Minister Krishna Byre Gowda,
The proposed road closure of Nagwara Main Road from Nagwara Junction up to Narendra Tent for white topping is indeed a welcome move. A better-quality road will certainly improve long-term commuting conditions for citizens.
However, we respectfully request your immediate attention to the ground realities at Nagwara Junction before commencing yet another major project.
Currently, multiple unfinished infrastructure projects are ongoing at this already congested junction. These have significantly disrupted traffic flow and daily commuting for thousands of residents.
Our key concerns are:
1️⃣ Poor Maintenance of Alternate Routes: The service roads and alternate routes designated during ongoing works are often left in non-motorable condition. Potholes, debris, uneven surfaces, and incomplete stretches drastically slow traffic movement, increasing commute time and fuel consumption.
2️⃣ Non-Adherence to Timelines: Many projects fail to meet their committed timelines. Barricades and blocks remain in place for days — even where no active work is being carried out — severely affecting traffic flow.
Nagwara Junction is a crucial traffic node connecting Thanisandra and surrounding areas to the main city. At present, the service roads are in a pathetic condition, deteriorating within days of temporary fixes. On top of this, traffic restrictions toward Nagwara and Arabic College have compounded the congestion.
There is a genuine concern that a project proposed for “one month” may extend indefinitely, further worsening the situation.
We sincerely request:
✔️ A re-look at the timing of the proposed road closure. ✔️ Strict monitoring to ensure contractors adhere to committed timelines. ✔️ Proper and sustained maintenance of alternate routes until project completion — not cosmetic or temporary fixes. ✔️ Immediate removal of barricades and blocks wherever no work is actively in progress. ✔️ A surprise inspection visit from your office to assess the on-ground reality, as paperwork often shows everything to be under control.
We support infrastructure development. However, development must not come at the cost of unmanageable traffic chaos and daily hardship for citizens.
We hope for your intervention to ensure better planning, accountability, and execution.
Respectfully, Concerned Residents & Commuters of Nagwara
