@PATHTrain digs up a tweet they sent me from May just to stick it to me. The problem has not been resolved and I cannot get an answer to my question. No one should be surprised at this point with the incompetence and nastiness of @PANYNJ. And yet, I sort of am.

@PATHTrain What is the sense of buying a monthly TAPP card when it malfunctions at least once a month and I have to pay for ANOTHER fare? I spoke to station phone operator 124 & she told me if I didn’t like it, I could WALK from Grove to JSQ to complain. Seriously?

@PATHTrain I believe it was turnstile number nine at Grove Street. And yes, I do want to know what if any disciplinary measures were taken against phone operator number 124 for basically telling me to go fly a kite. Why are your agents allowed to say whatever they want without consequences?

@PATHTrain Obviously, you haven’t really bothered to read my posts. Which lets me know that you’re not really going to do anything about it. I said in my first post that I was at Grove Street. And I don’t remember if it was the same turnstile or not.

@PATHTrain It’s a turnstile issue, not an issue that’s originates from my card. It’s a problem with the screen at the turnstile.

@PATHTrain Today 10-21-26 around 8:35am this morning. She said her number was 124. But this is pointless, because nothing will happen to her. Nothing.

@PATHTrain But the point is, I paid for a fare that I shouldn’t have to have paid for. Are you going to reimburse me for this? Because otherwise that’s stealing. Maybe I should’ve just jumped the turnstile, heaven knows there weren’t any police officers or Path agents around!

@JerseyCity Why do you always blame the cars? What about the bicyclists that don’t obey the traffic laws, speed unbelievably fast, and ride on the sidewalks? I spent so much money putting in bike lanes and they don’t even use them!
