Members of Maskani Mombasa hub are participating on a 2 day wellness session under @nisisikenya where HRDs are being taken through personal wellness, how to work on economic wellbeing as they do their day to day community advocacy.

One thing which is coming out clear is that, HRD’s are human beings like others and are not unique and special in matters pertaining health, financial stability and social development. It’s advisable to retreat and have self-care from the civic space when you feel burn out and also consider sharing out to close allies within the space.
