@fjernoutdoors why did my pockets fail? Nearly lost some important gear here. The seam is very poorly made. I got 2 years out of this jacket with light use and followed your washing instructions to the letter! I can continue using it to keep me dry but can’t use the pockets.

The metal card you get with the Premium service doesn’t fit in all ATM, it’s too chunky. I couldn’t use it abroad and one had been retained by a machine.

Why are you holding me to the 6 month terms and conditions despite your card being the fault?!!
