UK and Interpol are reportedly tracking Lawrence Kanyuka, the M23 spokesperson, as he is a British and Rwandan citizen. He is allegedly part of those destabilising peace in eastern DRC. British law states that any of its citizens who participate in genocide can be arrested anywhere in the world and brought to justice.
