@LorenWitcher I think my husband’s iPhone call to the reservation line helped. A manager there emailed baggage on his behalf. And my husband also emailed baggage telling them the luggage contained medication that he needed ASAP. 2/2

@LorenWitcher Oops, looks like I can’t. The courier called but didn’t leave a message. We googled the number, then called back. They told us to expect the bag btw 10pm and 12am. The bag had a special tag on it marked “urgent.” 1/2
