@boardyai building https://t.co/SocV5QjIAs, an AI automation platform for eBay sellers with one-off inventory that makes listing fast and defensible. Boardy Pro would be huge for this
@kevinxu - build astounding production grade apps
- can’t get anyone to actually use them because shiny objects are everywhere
- desperately try to find a “non-technical cofounder” to market it
I'm considering quitting all other jobs, responsibilities, and requirements to just sell stuff on Whatnot and eBay. This isn't likely, but I'm still gonna consider it for a while.
Disagree. There is meta communication happening.
What is really being said is.
“*squawk* This is the human whose has all your lives in his hands. Just a gentle reminder. I know you have been in a dissociative haze for the last few hours. Just want to subconsciously remind you that you are about to enter a period of greatly increased risk on this journey. Will we survive? Probably. But .. you may be feeling a certain unease. We need you to be aware of this phase shift, calm but alert. To remind you of the complexity of the situation and give some reassurance that this is a completely professional process that is the convergence of all our training, I’m going to read off some seemingly irrelevant details about the environment we are about to transition to. I realize this interruption is a bit annoying but we need you to transition to be ready for this situation. Calm but alert, and ready for an emergency. Put away your damn phone. “
@hthieblot https://t.co/pE0HquQ2JL had a freakin AM radio station like real broadcast radio in the car.
Of course they are still around in some form today but still …
Here ya go. Note I give my AI lister custom instructions to write a poem about each item. Silly in this case, but its a powerful foundation for complete tuning of listings for any sellers specific needs.
Wish you would give it a look, currently free in beta. Entire listing, unedited, based on your one photo in the blog showing the wrist rest part. Filled out all item specifics but correctly left "Brand" blank because it is impossible to know without your input.
I’ve got the first step, import the CSV to see your listigns and grab all images from inkfrog servers before they delete them.
It’s at https://t.co/wi34droQr4
Halfway considering relaunching @inkfrog - recover all your old templates and photos in usable form.
It won’t do all the inkfrog stuff but it will let you launch them as is or better yet convert them to far better AI enhanced listings with one click.
Don’t misunderestimate me

Inkfrog has now croaked. But if you downloaded your .CSV file and are wondering what to do with it, let's talk.
We can rescue all your listings and all your photos but you have to act fast.

I'd rather they charge 15% but not A> tack on a scheme to somehow make sellers pay to promote their own listings and B> Cram every page full of ads to other products that arent the one actually listed
More stuff to realize though -- ebay literally runs warehouses and acts as an export broker worldwide. This is not a trivial operation. You can sell worldwide with zero hassle. Second as a seller you generally are protected from outright fraud (stolen credit cards, chargebacks etc) -- this was not always the case. Still plenty of other ways sellers can be taken advantage of by buyers though
