I'm happy to share that our latest article has just been published in @PhysRevMater ! In this work, we developed DFTB parameters to calculate the electronic properties of lead iodide perovskites using an atomistic approach that requires very little computational effort. Many thanks to all of the co-authors for making this achievement possible. Stay tuned for more results on bromide systems!

Great to see this work finally out! Our study with halide perovskite nanocrystal and fullerene hybrids reveals that efficient hot carrier capture hinges on donor-acceptor coupling, not just carrier lifetimes. Discover how ground-state complexes dramatically boost capture efficiency to ≈76%, redefining hot carrier applications.
