@AskCapitalOne I set up a bill pay for my rent that was supposed to be sent to my landlord's bank by Dec. 1. It didn't show up in my account yesterday. I'm glad I called customer service today because you apparently didn't bother to notify me it could not be sent. Thanks a lot.
