주담대 금리는 다시 7%를 찍었습니다.
그러니까 미국에서 집을 사면 매월 대출, 세금, 보험 그리고 관리를 포함해서 매월 $2700이 듭니다.

반면에, 임대를 하면 $1850 밖에 안됩니다.

차이는 역사상 제일 크고, 무언가 하나는 박살나야됩니다.
