Cohesion policy and #smartspecialisation will play a key role. A #justtransitionfund with €7.5 bn in fresh funds plus ERDF, ESF and MS money will deliver €30-50 bn of support. At the heart, transition plans built with local communities and authorities, social partners and NGOs.
