@SkyHelpTeam Needless to say, there was no call. So looks like no box today. Even if it can’t be delivered a courtesy call would have been polite! Mainly have Sky because of the sport - ironic you break my TV when it’s the Euros, Styrian Grand Prix, Wimbledon…..

@SkyUK Having an engineer come to sort out our Sky tv is supposed to make things better, not worse. Now we’ve lost all our recordings, can’t watch catch up and have dodgy internet to boot. And worst of all - we can’t get through to your ‘experts’ on the phone. Really poor
