@limited_dfs @bluebird_app Thanks for your support. I had all notifications including live updates enabled and no focus mode active. Seems like sometimes the app indeed minimizes to the Dynamic Island but nothing is shown there. Then it is also possible to restore the app by tapping on the Island.

@bzamayo Thanks for your response. Checkboxes for every item could also solve the problem and also allow to filter the tabs before creating links. Right now I open a new window for the tabs to export. Anyway great app! Looking forward to the markdown export!
