It's amazing for me. It's nothing too deep, it's just a normal celebration. I know people say Cole Palmer started it first, but for me it happened naturally.

Now it's funny because I'm going to be playing alongside Cole at Chelsea. He's an amazing player. I've known him for a long time from our Manchester City academy days and with England U19s. It'll be great to share the pitch with him again.

Cristiano Ronaldo and his childhood friend, Albert Fantrau, were playing in a youth match while scouts from Sporting CP watched. The scouts reportedly announced that the player who scored the most goals would earn a place in the academy. With the score at 2–0, Albert dribbled past the goalkeeper and had an open net. Instead of scoring, he passed the ball to Ronaldo, who tapped it in. Ronaldo was chosen for the academy. When Ronaldo later asked why he passed the ball, Albert allegedly replied, "Because you're better than me."

According to the story, Albert's football career ended there, while Ronaldo became one of the greatest footballers in history. It also claims Ronaldo never forgot his friend's sacrifice and later helped him financially by buying him a house and supporting his family.

🚨 Chelsea's £50m sale of Andrey Santos is already looking like smart business.

Despite the hype around his Manchester United debut, Santos failed to register a goal or assist against Championship opposition and never truly took control of the game as many expected.

BlueCo saw the opportunity to cash in at the right time, and right now that decision looks fully justified.
