Do these if you have weak digestion :
- a teaspoon of ghee before meals
- Lunch between 10 - 1 pm
- Dinner between 5-8 pm
- Eat a shadras ( all tastes ) ahar
- Walk after meals for 15 minutes
- Eat atleast 3 hours before bed
- Don't eat if feeling full already
