NO ONE has the right to call Katy Perry a flop when she doesn’t get the same level of promo as your faves! NONE of Katy’s releases this decade have been featured on Spotify’s Today’s Top Hits playlist, and she hasn’t had major playlisting, radio deals, or high-profile A-list collaborations.

The biggest proof is “Never Really Over.” When the song was featured at #1 on Spotify’s Today’s Top Hits and received strong radio support, it peaked at #15 on the Billboard Hot 100. That alone proves Katy is STILL relevant and has the potential to succeed when she actually gets proper support.

You can only call her a flop when she gets the SAME level of promo as your faves and still flops. Until then, the argument is invalid. Thanks. 🫶
